The areas I primarily serve are located only one to two hours north of Atlanta, specifically in Gilmer, Fannin, Union, and Towns counties.  The real estate market reached a peak in 2006 and then gradually declined so that by 2012 the market had hit its low point.  Since 2012 we have seen a recovery, with these four counties having recovered much better than many of the other North Georgia Mountain areas, with Fannin County in particular leading the recovery.
